You can generate workouts in the Trainer tab or create them manually from the Workouts tab by tapping Create New Template, selecting exercises, and filling in set details.
The app automatically tracks your progress and updates performance data from completed workouts, which you can review from the Exercise Library and related detail views.
Navigate to the History tab to see completed workouts, then tap an exercise to view detailed performance graphs over time.
FitHub can automatically generate personalized workout plans based on your fitness level, available equipment, and goals, then adapt them as your progress changes.
Go to Settings and select Equipment to define what you have available so FitHub can suggest exercises that match your setup.
Templates are reusable workout plans that you can build yourself or save from trainer-generated plans, then schedule for future sessions.
Make sure you completed setup, selected equipment, and entered performance data. If you are on the free plan, check whether you reached the generation limit.
FitHub saves data automatically. If you are seeing issues, try force-closing and reopening the app and make sure your device has enough storage available.
Use search and filters in the exercise browser. If an exercise is still missing, you can create a custom exercise or suggest it from the Feedback page.
Go to the Home tab and open Profile to update your information.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID under Settings, your name, and Subscriptions.
Your workout data is currently stored locally on your device. Export features are still being developed, so make sure iCloud backup is enabled.
